day #339: Alright, so today I got a chance to speak to Akshat who's building DAMN. Really good to speak to the founder over the phone and get his feedback on what I'm doing and also kind of get clear expectations on how I can support him. I ended up making an intro to an investor for him and also sent out 16 emails to VCs. And that's pretty much mostly what I got done today. Didn't end up getting a chance to talk to the client that I was supposed to potentially onboard today. Hopefully tomorrow we can. Ha
day #338: Yeah, today I mostly spent the day trying to figure out, yeah, basically how to secure some cash for some immediate runway, you know, for my family. So I was basically drafting a few things to potentially give as a free giveaway for people that I could build an infrastructure for, for like an AI folder infrastructure. Stuff that I've already been learning and applying to day number as well. And then sent three emails to VCs and also connection requests. No replies from the emails that I sent yes
day #337: Today I reached out to 10 VCs on LinkedIn and also sent them an email and only nine of them got delivered, hopefully, and yeah, just got back on the ground. It's been 10 days since the last time, well officially today would be day number 11, that I didn't send messages to VCs, so I just really needed to focus. Ended up going out to make some cash and contacted my old supplier that I've built a relationship with over the last three years who had his store burn down or catch on fire and he's primarily selling World Cup-affiliated materials like soccer jerseys, flags, so had to do what I had to do and it felt good to go out there again and overcome any type of fear of rejection and I think I needed that because over the last little while, you know, just haven't done that and i
